Our client is a London-based investment banking boutique, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), with nearly 20 years strong track record and with a number of international alliances with international firms.
This investment banking boutique is looking for self-starters Corporate Financiers, with advisory (M&A/IPO/Fund Raising/Restructuring) and investment experience, seeking to operate under a FCA regulated and authorised firm in order to conduct regulated business and to gain higher credibility in the market.
New joiners can leverage our client's long and successful track record, its strong name and market position in order to win new businesses. These self-starters Corporate Financiers can leverage support from other team members to manage their ongoing deals, and can benefit from a number of proprietary online tools (like its bond trading platform, its dataroom, etc) and our client's network.
Corporate financiers with international backgrounds who are located outside London will be also welcome to apply. This could be an opportunity to share and collaborate with cross-border transactions, while leveraging our client's international network in order to expand current reach and geographical coverage. Particularly interested to hear from Corporate Financiers based in high growth and emerging markets who can identify local transactions with international angles.
This is not a salaried-job but an unique opportunity where experienced Corporate Fiinanciers can collaborate under a FCA regulated umbrella, share fees and leverage the assistance from an existing team with strong track record , in order to increase credibility, win new business, get additional transactional support and obtain the mandatory FCA license to provide regulated Corporate Finance services.
