As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will lead due diligence projects, provide strategic financial insights, and help clients navigate key financial decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing due diligence projects and teams, ensuring the timely preparation of high-quality client deliverables such as reports and financial analyses
• Supporting junior team members, assisting with technical aspects and fostering their development
• Interpreting and analysing financial and operational data, including historical and projected trading, cash flow, and balance sheets
• Identifying and reporting key financial issues that could affect transaction value
• Assessing and quantifying potential risks that may influence deal structures
• Playing an active role in business development, helping to grow the Corporate Finance team and strengthen the firm’s presence in Cheltenham and beyond

• ACA or ACCA qualification
• Previous experience in Transaction Support / Advisory work
• Managerial or Assistant Manager experience, including developing and mentoring team members
• Strong financial analysis and Excel skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy
• Outstanding communication and networking skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
• The ability to interpret large volumes of financial data and identify core issues
• A commercial mindset, with the ability to assess risks and price-affecting issues in transactions
