The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA ) or consumer industry M&A specialist, to join an established organisation and develop a career in corporate finance. You will receive full training and support, and will work in a lead advisory M&A (mergers and acquisitions) capacity. Supporting the partners and directors this will include:

  • Preparation of pitch documents
  • Creating draft documents
  • Preparation of financial information including analysis
  • Business development
  • Financial Modelling


The Person

This job would suit a practice trained individual who has had experience within the consumer sector, food and drink, hospitality consumer products or retail or alternatively an industry specialist who has lead on transactions in house and is keen to see more variety. It is essential you have excellent communication skills, and be a confident character with an ambitious nature, and be keen to develop his/her career in corporate finance.


The Company

Our client is an award winning, corporate finance boutique based in London with an international presence. Off the back of a successful year they are now looking to recruit a corporate finance associate to join their existing experienced team. You will be working on exciting transactions including mbo's, acquisitions, investments and sales and be encouraged to participate in networking and business development.
