Following an incredibly busy and successful year this international advisory and accounting firm has an opening for a qualified accountant to join their corporate finance practice in Leeds.

This global advisory business has over the years completed transactions with and advised many of the North's (and country's) most recognisable and respected businesses. Acting on both the buy-side and sell-side, corporate finance advice has been delivered on MBO's, MBI's, mergers, acquisitions, disposals and much more. Your role is to advise clients through the process of the corporate finance deal, sourcing debt and equity funding structures where needed, liaise with law firms on legal agreements, negotiate with buyers/sellers on behalf of your client to obtain the best possible deal structure and outcome.

This global firm's reputation is outstanding; to be considered your capabilities and background must match this. Therefore, you will ideally be a qualified accountant, ACA or CA (ICAEW or ICAS) or ACCA, having qualified within professional practice and with recent professional practice experience, with an excellent academic background, drive, ambition and commercial nous. Corporate finance experience is not required, those in audit, due diligence or corporate recovery would certainly be considered, but a desire to excel and build a career to a senior management position is.

Full training in corporate finance will be provided along with a generous rewards package. The experience gained here will be invaluable whether you remain in professional practice for the rest of your career or decide at some point to move in to industry, investment banking or private equity.
