The strategy group focuses on commercial due diligence support - to private equity, banks and corporates - on acquisitions, disposals and refinancing. You will also advise clients on making well-informed strategic decisions around growth and investment.
You should be able to demonstrate good commercial thinking to understand client and business issues and actively be involved in business development and be able to understand the full range of the firm's products, services and capabilities and takes an active role in cross selling. You should build an understanding of the potential for selling into clients and intermediaries and seek to participate in business development activities and contributes to sales pitches.
We are looking for candidates with strong strategic and commercial due diligence expeirence working in Consulting or from Industry.
