Our exclusive client are a rapidly growing and entrepreneurial investment business. Off the back of a string of successful investments, they are keen to bring a corporate finance business partner into the fold, with the role set to evolve as they grow further.
Your new role
- Identify market opportunities that are complimentary to existing investments.
- Consider acquisition targets.
- Monitoring competitor activity and map trends.
- Due diligence of potential investments.
- Financial modelling
- Consult/build relationships with potential investors.
- Ad-hoc Analysis
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). This role would suit an accountant looking for their 1st or 2nd move into industry. Alternatively, 1-2 years post qualification experience (PQE) in industry. You will need some form of exposure in corporate finance or Mergers & Acquisitions and the confidence to interact/business partner with high level stakeholders both internally and externally. Strong commercial acumen is essential.
What you'll get in return
You will get a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits and the opportunity to work for a rapidly growing entrepreneurial business. The senior management is keen for this role to evolve with the business, therefore progression is a given.
