A top 50 accountancy firm are looking to expand their corporate finance team. The firm focus on the SME sector, providing a specialist service to their clientele, especially within the non-profit sector. All 20 partners work closely with their management staff and clients to present practical solutions to tackle their current concerns and to plan for a better future.
This is a client-facing role, where you will have the opportunity to be highly involved in complex transactions, and take the lead on small to mid-sized transactions. You'll be able to have a pro-active position in the business development of the team, with the chance to attend networking events and help guide the firms marketing activity. Under the guidance of the director you will lead the preparation of due diligence and valuation reports, prepare client proposals and budgets and coach junior members of the team,
- ACA/ACCA Qualified
- Experience working within corporate finance, especially preparation of due diligence reports, producing valuation reports and lead advisory
- Proven relevant experience and technical knowledge gained in a similar environment
- A logical and systematic approach with good commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to deal with clientele and partners alike
