Corporate Crime Lawyer 4+ PQE - Legal 500 Firm - Bristol Corporate Crime Lawyer Job Description: Join this firms dynamic team and provide expert advice to corporates, boards and directors on critical issues related to corporate crime, financial crime, and regulatory enforcement. The team excels in crisis management, corporate and director liability, conducting internal investigations, engaging with regulators, and defending against complex investigations and prosecutions. The role - * Advise on corporate crime, financial crime, and regulatory enforcement. * Specialise in crisis management and corporate liability. * Conduct internal investigations and engage with regulators. * Defend complex investigations and prosecutions. * Extensive experience in corporate crime, financial crime, and/or regulatory enforcement. * Proven track record of advising corporates on large-scale investigations and prosecutions. * Diverse workload including serious fraud, money laundering, bribery, corruption, sanctions, export controls, recovery of proceeds of crime, corporate manslaughter, health and safety, and coroners' inquests. * Collaborate with over 100 dispute resolution lawyers tackling complex challenges in both the private and public sectors.
