As their newest Corporate-Commercial Solicitor, you'll be working with several expert Partners within a close-knit team, complete with excellent secretarial support, all based in the heart of the city.

You will help your clients navigate the landscape of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on matters relating to real estate. From joint venture arrangements to IT contracts and M&A across a wide range of sectors, this role offers both variety and security due to the number of cross-referrals received by the team.

• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law-up to and including Associate level.
• Experience in a well-regarded corporate/commercial team in the UK.
