What is needed for me to be considered?
- It is essential that you are a Corporate Commercial Solicitor at least 5+ years' PQE
- You will have strong exposure and experience in commercial contracts, distribution and franchise agreements, terms and conditions and general contracts
- Having prior experience in IT and IP is not essential but beneficial
- The successful candidate will have a real passion for this area of law and wish to grow and progress their skill set in the area with a reputable firm
