The Role?

-We are looking for an ambitious broker to join our clients London Commercial Insurance Office. This is a great opportunity for the right person.
-You will be part of a recently formed and high performing team of 10, dealing with new business, renewals and adjustments for your allocated account executives and supporting your team members. There is plenty of experience and expertise for you to call on.
-You will be dealing with a wide range of differently sized commercial policies; This will include motor, commercial combined, liability, professional risks and package business.
-Working within the commercial/corporate division, your focus will be supporting Account Executives, maximising business opportunities and you will have a small book of your own to service.
-An integral part of the role is the creation of risk presentations to Insurers and the negotiation of terms for the whole office in line with client requirements.
-Client satisfaction is a key priority in this role, we are looking for a strong relationship builder, whose technical abilities consistently aid the retention of clients to the organisation.
-You will have a comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance products and a performance history of delivering business targets.
-You will ensure all instructions and requirements are handled promptly and accurately, and maintain communication and understanding through accurate reports and summaries.
-A full learning and development program will be provided including support towards your Insurance qualifications.

What will I need?

-Cert CII or above - preferred.
-Excellent presentation, & communication skills.
-Good organisational skills - ensuring company processes and procedures are put in place.
-A thorough understanding of commercial insurance products.
-Proven account handling expertise.
-Experience of quality risk submissions achieving best terms for clients with insurance markets.
