Our client is a market leader within their sector, they currently have an exciting opportuniy for an experienced and proactive Customer Service Sales Advisor to be based at their new Head Office in Elstree.
This innovative supplier has provided to over 20,000 customers across the UK and Europe, with premium communication solutions, in the hospitality, retail and healthcare sectors.
Joining as a Customer Service Sales Advisor, in a fast paced environment, you will work within a small team, and will be expected to support, advise and upsell, whether specifying equipment; creating and updating customer records; dealing with equipment returns; liaising with clients and colleagues; it will be your excellent communication skill and sales aptitude that will enhance the department targets and goals.
The succesful candidate will have experience, as a Customer Service Advisor, Internal Sales, or similar role and be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in a similar Customer Service or Sales Role.
- Experience with semi-technical product sales.
- A logical understanding of software and hardware solutions with an aptitude to learn and understand radio and paging products.
- Excellent verbal and written skills along with a good attention to detail.
- The ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity.
