Corporate Accountant

We’re looking for a recently qualified accountant to join our UK Finance team.

In this newly created role, you’ll be responsible for the end to end management and reporting of the financial and accounting activities of our UK Company/entity and any other designated corporate entities. This will include playing a key role in the month-end close, management reporting, statutory audit and strategic business plan.

As our ideal candidate, you’ll be an ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified accountant with 1-2 years’ relevant post qualified experience in a similar accounting role within a fast-paced international business; ideally within the real estate sector.

You’ll also be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of budgets and financial statements along with comfort working with and interpreting large data sets. You’ll possess great communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to non-technical audiences effectively build positive relationships with ease and influence across all levels. An Understanding of VAT, company structures, GAAP and IFRS is essential. Experience with Yardi/Oracle software would be advantageous.

You’ll also be highly organised and able to work effectively to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment with the drive and initiative to work collaboratively and on your own.

Salary up to £47,000 plus bonus and company benefits.
