·You will join an established office with an impressive market reputation, given the task of providing support to the Account Executive team on all aspects of client service.
·This varied role will see you work with new and existing clients, providing advice and solutions at all stages of the client cycle. This will include managing the renewals process, any mid-term amendment, documentation, reports and keeping abreast of changes to ensure a robust programme is in place.
·Your responsibility will extend to placing/broking business, acting as technical matter expert and liaising with the insurer market to secure favourable rates and terms.
·As an experienced Account Handler, you will be comfortable working with large, often complex insurance programmes - you will demonstrate an expertise sufficient to advise clients and to negotiate with the insurer panel.
·You will be polished, professional and articulate.
·An eye for detail is essential.
·ACII qualification, or work towards are preferred.
