Corporate Account Manager - Required Competencies:

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar LSP/services environment
  • Software licensing sales and services experience and knowledge, including software licensing programs, partner service standards, contracts and agreements
  • A proven record in software sales account management, in particular with Microsoft Volume Licensing
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment, with a proactive sales-driven mentality
  • A customer-centric approach, with the confidence to build an effective rapport efficiently with customers
  • In-depth knowledge of software licensing and volume contracts from a wide range of vendors
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, highly self-motivated and self-disciplined, with the ability to work autonomously

Corporate Account Manager - Main Accountabilities:

  • Proactively maintain and develop the customer relationship both existing and new clients at technical team level
  • Able to identify features and benefits of licensing solutions
  • Maximise profitability through the promotion of the portfolio to your customer base
  • Hold accountability for the delivery of business targets, and meet personal monthly and annual sales targets
  • Dealing with daily customer quote requests and ensuring the general smooth-running of accounts and accuracy of customer quotations
  • To negotiate with vendors and distributors
  • The identification of new opportunities and growth of existing accounts
  • Deal with pre-sales and post sales in a proficient and timely manner
  • Provide internal support for the true-up process and license renewal
