Your new role
In your new job, you will support and provide assistance to a portfolio of clients building productive and robust relationships. As a point of contact for both your clients and the account executive, you will ensure that all demands and needs are met and suitable recommendations provided. As an experienced insurance professional you will be expected to identify and promote uninsured exposures for your clients in turn deliver an unrivalled service level. You will also provide good day to day support, mentoring and technical knowledge to less experienced members of the team.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new job, you will have an in depth knowledge of the current insurance market and a good technical knowledge of current commercial insurance products. Previous experience of dealing with large corporate clients is vital, with experience of working with global/international clients advantageous. Cert CII or higher is a desirable with a good understanding of FCA regulations and guidelines relating to both private and commercial customers.
