As a Project Coordinator for our Field Scheduling Department reporting to the Team Leader for this 12 month fixed term contract, your key role will be to provide support to the Senior Project Coordinator and be an additional point of contact for the co-ordination and optimisation of our field resources.This will mainly relate to project and site attendance for our field engineers. The role will include scheduling planned work, preventive maintenance, project and corrective work for the Antenna engineers. That will involve the policing and review of the daily planner whilst maintaining close liaison with internal/external customers and third party providers. So, in close collaboration with the Senior Project Coordinator, you’ll need to:


• Liaise with the Project Managers and deal with any Project queries
• ensure all calls are answered promptly and professionally
• ensuring project deadlines and resource requirements are met
• maintain database integrity, ensuring accurate and meaningful data entry.

With good standard of education, at least four GCSEs at grades A-C, including English and Maths, or experience within a similar role, you’ll ideally have a recognised qualification within service planning and delivery. Customer-focused and able to build professional relationships, you’ll also need:

• excellent all-round communication and supplier management skills
• commercial and financial awareness
• good Solarvista or equivalent scheduling system experience
• excellent keyboard skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and job-specific databases.

Additionally, your first-class planning, prioritising and scheduling capabilities will match high standards in quality and attention to detail, with the ability to assimilate technical/service information.
