Coordinator / Administrator / Supervisor

Hyde Park Care (HPC) is a domiciliary care company operating in Harrow.

HPC is looking to add a new team member due to fast growing office. The role can be varied based on the skills of the candidate, however, we expect that the role will involve:

  • Customer service - answering phones, taking messages etc
  • Care coordination - using our software to create and manage schedules (FULL TRAINING PROVIDED)

However, the job can be varied - there is always a lot to do in the office and so if you wish to try something new, like carrying out risk assessments or customer satisafaction surveys then we are ready to support you!

Our commitment to people focus means that we value the person more than their experience or qualifications. In other words, although experience and qualifications are preferred - having skills and the right attitude are by far more important for us. So what kind of person are we looking for:

In terms of experience, ideally someone who has been involved in the health and social care industry before.

IMMEDIATE START - SALARY NEGOTIABLE AND BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Please note that our team are currently working from our Park Royal office but we are moving back to Harrow soon.
