The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months’ experience working in a similar Conveyancing Assistant role and have previously dealt with SDLT online and the Land Registry portal. Working on a bespoke case management system you will have experience of working with clients from instructions through to post completion.
The successful candidate will be able to understand the full transaction and support a Fee Earner with their busy caseload. A strong communicator with excellent IT skills and with the ability to build and maintain strong client and colleague relationships. A positive 'can do' attitude with a willingness to learn and the ability to get the job done is a must. You must also be able to demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure
