JDI Legal are working with a long standing l500 law firm who have been in operation for some 300+years to recruit an experienced conveyancing secretary OR paralegal to work in their small dedicated property department.
The role will support a partner on a range of transactions including sales, purchase, remortgage, new build etc . You MUST be familiar with the conveyancing practice and procedures, have experience of drafting a contract, possess excellent communication skills and able to liaise confidently with clients, accurate typing skills and familiar with HM Land Registry software.
Given the current market its a role that requires the ability to prioritise actions and work to a deadline.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced secretary to work 1-2-1 with a partner or an experienced paralegal who is looking to be mentored by a partner and continue their professional development.
