CONVEYANCING SECRETARY with 2 plus years previous experience working for a busy friendly office in Holywood.

As conveyancing secretary your roles would include Home Charter letters, applying for Property Certificates, preparing Contracts & Deeds, requesting funds from Lenders etc. answering the telephone and general office administration.

We would consider full time or possibly part time hours for this role. Salary is dependent on experience and hours worked.
