We are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Secretary/Assistant to join a thriving property department of a leading firm in Camberley.
In this role you will be working for a Conveyancer assisting them at all stages of a residential caseload consisting of sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
The successful candidate must have previous experience of being a Legal Secretary or an Assistant in a Conveyancing department for a significant period.
Knowledge of how to use MS Office, Emails, Land Registry Forms and its portal, SDLT Forms and mortgage lender portals is preferable.
