OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a new search administrator to join our growing business providing conveyancing searches to the legal profession. Index property Information was formed 5 years ago and now has 22 offices nationally. We are the fastest growing search agent in the UK, utilising our unique online ordering platform whilst providing a local, personal service.

The company's succes is built upon the service we provide to our clients and at all times the client is key. We have a great opportunity for an individual who prides themselves on offering a high level of service to their clients and is looking to be an integral part of a growing team. We are based in the beautiful village of Lamberhurst.

ROLE

Receiving orders from clients

Placing searches with councils and water companies

Managing timing of deliverables

Returning searches to clients

Resolving queries

REQUIREMENTS

Need to be organised and able to multi-task

Excellent typing skills

Follow procedures diligently

Good communication skills

Ability to prioritise own workload and work to deadlines

Computer literate and able to confidently uses MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Excellent customer service skills

Good attention to detail
