Successful candidate must be confident working on their own file load with minimum expected experience to be at least 2 years.
They must have a knowledge of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases as well as knowledge of transfer of equities and re-mortgage, basic knowledge of first registrations is a plus.
Candidate needs to be able to handle a case load of a minimum of 30 files but be prepared to take on more when needed.
Must be polite and friendly and happy to speak to clients and referrers on a daily basis, must be competent at prioritising their work load and understand the importance of working in a team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Dealing with sale and purchase files; Sale enquiries; Searches Letter drafting/proofreading; Freehold and leasehold files; File/time management; Reporting to manager; Helping others in the team with less knowledge of Conveyancing; Transfer and Contract drafting; Checking replies to enquiries; File maintenance; SDLT
Qualifications and Skills:
The successful candidate should have a least 2 years prior proven experience within Conveyancing Job Type: Full-time Salary: £18,000.00 to £22,000.00 /year
