The Role:

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you’ll work closely with experienced solicitors on a wide range of property transactions, gaining valuable exposure across residential and commercial conveyancing. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentoring, and ongoing career development support, with real opportunities for progression within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting fee earners with conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
• Preparing documentation, conducting searches, and liaising with clients and third parties
• Maintaining case management systems and ensuring compliance with firm procedures
• Supporting the team to deliver excellent client service at every stage

About You:

• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal, ideally within a busy property department
• Experience assisting on a range of conveyancing matters; ability to run files is advantageous but not essential
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to teamwork
