Conveyancing/New Business Assistant

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a legal assistant / paralegal to join an established law firm based in Solihull. 

Our client is an established, high street law firm specialising in both property and family law and is now looking to recruit a legal assistant / paralegal within their conveyancing department. You will join a friendly, supportive and successful team where you will work closely alongside their head of department where your key duties will include;

- Acting as the first point of contact for all clients 
- Working closely with the head of department and generating new business for the firm
- Providing quotations and file preparation in fee-hold, leasehold, remortgage and transfer of equity transactions
- Qualifying clients on their properties in order to gain relevant information

In order to be successful for this conveyancing legal assistant / paralegal opportunity, you must have previous experience working within a conveyancing department, be a motivation person, have a great team working ethic along with fantastic communication skills.
