Conveyancing Legal Secretary

Our client is a well established legal practice who specialise in residential sales and property purchases.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare correspondence and documents using audio typing, word processing and/or digital dictation method.
  • Client communications.
  • Respond to and follow up enquiries by post, telephone, personal visits and email.
  • Create and maintain filing system, organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer based information.
  • Dairy management

The successful applicant will have experience of working within a similar role and must have experience within the conveyancing sector.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
