Conveyancing Legal Assistant
An exceptionally reputable full service large law firm in Cardiff, offering high quality work is looking to recruit an experienced Legal Assistant into their expanding conveyancing team which sits within the larger real estate team. This role is great for someone who has a desire and genuine interest in conveyancing.
In this role, you will be expected to run a file load, under supervision, of residential property cases. You will be commercially aware and confident in your ability to liaise with clients and third parties daily. Personality is important in this role as you’ll be client facing and an ambassador of the firm.
This is a permanent, full time position and the firm do offer training contracts. This role is suitable for a law grad who is tenacious and bright.
Skills / Experience required:
- Experience in property is desirable but not essential
- A passion for this area of law
- Excellent academics (2:1+ and the LPC)
- Professional and extremely organised
- Strong Commercial Acumen
- Process driven and able to work to strict deadlines
- Flexible and work off own initiative
- Excellent time management and communication skills
