I am seeking a passionate and experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join a vibrant Conveyancing team in the heart of Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to become part of a well-established, successful team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle cases from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Provide top-notch legal advice and support, aiming for the best outcomes
  • Prepare all necessary legal documents and contracts with precision and care
  • Work closely with colleagues and third parties to ensure seamless transactions
  • Support and mentor Paralegals, helping with growth and succession
  • Stay on top of regulatory and statutory requirements, ensuring all files are in perfect order

You:

  • At least 3+ years’ PQE in managing property cases from inception to completion
  • A thorough understanding of property laws and title complexities
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Experience with ProClaim and Redbrick Case management systems is a plus
