A vacancy has now arisen for an ambitious Conveyancing Lawyer for their property team in the Northampton office. On offer is a friendly working environment, a competitive salary and bonus scheme.

The Role

We are now tasked with seeking an experienced and talented Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing and CQS-accredited practice. The successful Lawyer will handle a full and varied caseload of Residential Property transactions from instruction to post-completion. Matters will include: sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties; Right to Buy; remortgages and; transfers of equity. In addition, the ideal Lawyer will play an active role in business development, building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and external professionals alike.

The Candidate

You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a solid background gained within a reputable Residential Property department.

You must have excellent technical skills with the ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.

Prior experience working to CQS standards would be advantageous.

You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels.

An aptitude for business development is desirable.
