Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer / Licensed Conveyancer

A highly reputable, multi service law firm which has an exceptional reputation across the West Midlands is looking for a Conveyancer, Qualified or Unqualified to join their high performing property department based in the Birmingham.

The firm offers a great work life balance, a unique culture, a lower volume client facing caseload and the opportunity to progress.

The Role

  • Manage a mixed caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases and TOE files from inception to completion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients
  • Delegate work to the assistants and support staff
  • Service existing clients to an exceptional standard
  • Deal with and raise enquires

The Candidate

  • Possess a minimum of 1-2 years fee earning experience in a residential property role
  • Ideally qualified however not essential
  • Have experience handling a varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
