Conveyancing Completions Assistant
A market leading firm with one of their offices located in Southampton is actively searching for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their Property department.
As a specialist Conveyancing Assistant you will be dealing with the majority of completions and post completion procedures from the point of exchange of Contracts through to file closure. An experienced Legal Assistant within a previous Conveyancing role should have the knowledge of submissions of Land Tax Returns, submissions of Registrations, deeds of lenders, archiving files as well as general knowledge of both residential and commercial property aspects. As well as any secretarial or administrative duties that are deemed appropriate.
