Full time Conveyancing Assistant and Administrator Conveyancing Assistant and Administrator needed for Legal Firm based near Manchester City Centre (M13).

Your new company

A north west based legal firm of solicitors with over 30 years of experience, providing a wide range of services to independent and corporate clients.

Your new role

As a Conveyancing Assistant and Administrator, you will support a small team compromising a Solicitor and Conveyancer. Your work will support your colleagues by: -

  • Preparing contracts and supporting documents
  • Registering applications on the land registry
  • Checking titles
  • Registering applications at Companies House
  • Speaking to clients over the phone
  • Issuing contracts and exchange

As well as the above conveyancing duties, you will be responsible for general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, data input and diary management. You will also welcome visitors and clients to the office.
