Our client is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to work in their Commercial Property Team.

To deal with commercial conveyancing and agricultural transactions and other associated work.
To provide administrative and secretarial support to your lawyer and team.

Do you have experience working in an administrative role within Commercial Property?

Do you have good understanding of commercial conveyancing processes and a good understanding of secretarial roles in a professional office?

QUALIFICATIONS: ILEX legal secretarial qualification desirable.

TECHNICAL SKILLS: Audio typing, MS Word and Outlook; 55 wpm typing.

PERSONAL SKILLS: Good Telephone Manner, team player, attention to detail.

EXPERIENCE: Previous legal experience as conveyancing assistant/secretary.
