A long established Top Regional Firm are seeking to bring in an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy Residential Department for their Newcastle Office. This is an excellent multi-award-winning firm with an enviable client base.
The successful candidate will ideally possess over 2 years’ experience in dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, from inception to completion. You should also have full knowledge of Sales and Purchases cases, from opening new files to dealing with completion and registration formalities, including undertaking searches, liaising with all parties, issuing sale contracts, and dealing with enquiries.
