Conveyancing Assistant

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced paralegal to join well know law firm based in Birkenhead. You will be assisting a senior fee earner with their caseload from instruction to post completion. Ideally you will have experience with sale & purchase files. Progression into a senior assistant or non qualified fee earner is highly likely with this role.

The role will involve supporting a Senior fee earner with a caseload of conveyancing files. You will assist with progressing cases from inception to completion. The conveyancing department is very close knit and welcoming. They are very well known within the surrounding area and have a strong flow of instructions from estate agents and introducers.

The successful candidate will have residential conveyancing experience, strong typing and admin skills, ideally with a knowledge of legal databases. Experience using a case management system is ideal but not essential. Organisational and time management skills will be essential to this role, you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships. You will be able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
