A brand new expansionary role for a talented and experienced conveyancing assistant to join a dedicated residential conveyancing unit of this forward thinking law firm.
The role will involve supporting a busy fee earner with their transactional caseload, you will have responsibility for dealing with the initial standard letters, administration, requesting title deeds and other paperwork, dealing with on line searches and accessing the HM Land Registry site, preparation of contracts for exchange, payment of disbursements, assisting with completion and post completion.
A conveyancing background is essential, the ability to work to deadlines and an eye for detail with excellent communication and IT skills.
