You will need to have at least 6 months but ideally 12 months+ of working in a fast paced, customer serviced focused conveyancing department and you should have experience of dealing with a conveyancing transaction (apart from title checking and contract drafting) at all stages and be confident interacting with clients, estate agents and other solicitors.
You will be directly supporting an individual conveyancing solicitor and providing with support on all aspects of residential property matters by dealing with tasks such as land registry searches, SDLT submissions, producing mortgage reports and post completions. You will provided with in-house training to develop your skills and also be provided with the support to undertake further studies if you wish to progress as a Legal Executive or LPC Graduate.
