The firm are ideally recruiting for an experienced Conveyancer or Conveyancing Assistant from a Legal background who has experience of dealing with leasehold properties who is looking for a fresh challenge within a growing business.
A working knowledge of handling Post Completion Procedures, Deed of Covenants and Notices of Assignment would be of particular interest including dealing with restrictions on title.
Duties will include:
Taking enquiries via telephone and email.
Resolving enquiries from potential vendors, buyers and Solicitors, providing support throughout the sales and purchase process.
Producing Sales and Leaseholder Information Packs, in order to progress sales.
Keeping track of the sales process and liaising with client completion team.
Reporting and updating the in house database.
Contacting Managing Agents to ensure all service charge monies are recovered prior to completion.
Acting as point of contact for the application of Consent Procedures.
Processing payments using Sage Pay for any service charges for pre-completion searches and packs.
Creating mail merges with introductory letters
Other ad hoc duties such as opening and distributing post and ordering stationery.
