We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Conveyancing Assistant to work for our client in Wareham.
The hours for the role are Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm, but could be slightly flexible on these.
The role will involve providing all round support to the Team Conveyancers in all sale and purchase transactions. This will include audio typing and administrative support as well as assisting with any other tasks that may be reasonably required. The aim is for you to help proactively drive forward Conveyancing matters from instructions to exchange and completion by liaising with other parties in the chain and with conveyancers and agents.
The ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively and ensure that the client’s best interests are served at all times are vital qualities. Previous conveyancing experience is required. Excellent typing (including audio transcription) and IT skills are essential.
Knowledge of Solcase, Searchflow and Land Registry direct would be preferable.
