Conveyancer - Residential Property

Salary: £35,000-£50,000 (DOE)

Location: Derby | Employment: Permanent, Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions. You will work independently while being part of a supportive, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and property documents
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients
• Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, lenders and other parties
• Conduct searches and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain accurate case records and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive
• Proven residential conveyancing experience
• Ability to run your own caseload independently
• Strong communication, organisation and client care skills
