Experienced Residential Conveyancer sought for Manchester City Centre based firm

A successful Manchester based firm with great reputation have a new vacancy for an experienced Conveyancer, this role involves all aspects of residential conveyancing work. You will manage a live caseload of circa 120 files, comprising all transaction types, including freehold, leasehold, newbuild, unregistered, shared ownership, right to buy and help to buy. You will also be involved in mentoring and supervising junior members of the team.
Your new role
Some of the work will include reviewing title documentation, contract documentation, mortgage offers, search results, dealing with exchange of contracts and completions, providing accurate and comprehensive reports to clients, raising and responding to enquiries in a timely manner, resolving complex issues / technical queries, and signing off junior conveyancers' files prior to exchange of contracts.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have a minimum of 2 years residential conveyancing experience, having recently worked in a similar role with little supervision. You will be a licensed conveyancer, fee earner, residential solicitor or legal executive, and have the experience necessary to supervise more junior members of the team
