An established firm close to transport links in Sale is looking for a residential conveyancer to join the team. With two offices in the Greater Manchester region and a strong reputation for conveyancing and private client, this firm can offer competitive salaries as well as a truly great place to work.
The role will involve handling a case load of approximately 100 freehold and leasehold matters, and the work will be diverse given that the files are referred from larger sources as well as coming from a long-established local client base. You will be part of a cohesive team under steady management, and benefit from opportunities to progress in the future.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience handling a full case load of residential property matters. Ideally, this will include both freehold and leasehold files as well as some more complex matters, and you will be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
This is an ideal opportunity for a conveyancer to join a firm in which they may take on some more complex and high-quality work from inception to completion and take ownership of a case load.
