• Sales and purchases of residential property
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Transfers of equity and gifts of land
• Purchase and sales of building plots
• Extensions of flat leases
• Buying for investment
• Licensed conveyancer, solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in conveyancing matters
• Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Technical expertise
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• IT proficiency
• Business development and marketing skills
• A team player but also with the ability to work independently
