What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing Property Transactions - Handling sales, purchases, and remortgages efficiently
• Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents - Ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Due Diligence & Risk Assessment - Investigating titles, legal issues, and fraud risks
• Client & Stakeholder Communication - Keeping clients, solicitors, and estate agents informed
• Financial Transactions - Overseeing secure fund transfers
• Land Registry & Compliance - Submitting registrations and staying up to date with legal changes
• Post-Completion Work - Managing stamp duty submissions and closing files

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing - Strong technical knowledge and case-handling expertise
• IT-literate & tech-savvy - Comfortable with case management systems
• Customer-focused - Committed to delivering a seamless experience
• Driven & success-oriented - Ambitious and eager to develop
