This role is ideal for an experienced conveyancer who can confidently handle their own caseload or someone with a proven background in managing teams of case handlers.

The RoleAs a Conveyancer, you will:
Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions including leaseholds, freeholds, registered, and unregistered properties.
Provide day-to-day coaching, mentoring, and support to team members as required.
Support the Team Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the team.
Assess risk on each transaction and provide sound, pragmatic legal advice.
Conduct thorough file reviews prior to the exchange of contracts to ensure all details are accurate and compliant.
Prioritise and proactively manage workloads while supporting colleagues to achieve the same.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
The team operates within a pod-based structure that fosters a friendly, collaborative working atmosphere.
You will work closely with Associates, Property Lawyers, Senior Property Lawyers, and your Team Manager to deliver a high-quality service.

Law Degree, LPC, qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive (FCILEX).
Proven experience managing a conveyancing caseload across a range of residential property transaction types.
Strong skills in handling complex legal matters with attention to detail.
Effective communicator with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently or as part of a team.
Familiarity with Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred but not essential.
