Conveyancer - Cambridge - £30,000+

A highly reputable law firm is currently looking to hire a talented Residential Conveyancer to join their thriving property team in Cambridge. This recruit should prove a vital part in enabling the team to reach and surpass its strategic goals. You will be joining a firm which puts a huge emphasis on providing an excellent service to its clients. The successful candidate will be provided with the opportunity to work as part of a busy residential property department dealing with a high volume caseload of files. You will also be expected to provide supervision to junior members of the team where appropriate.

Skills and Responsibilities:

You must have experience of handling your own caseload of residential property files with no supervision

High volume conveyancing would be an advantage but is not a pre-requisite

Excellent relationships skills as a result of creating and developing strong working relationships with a range of clients

Ability to prioritise your workload, ensuring that all deadlines and targets are met

Experience of using case management systems

Conveyancing Solicitor: property solicitor, residential property solicitor, residential property fee earner, conveyancer, residential conveyancer, residential property associate, conveyancing associate, conveyancing executive, conveyancing fee earner, intermediate solicitor
