The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about all things digital, and will thrive on enhancing the customer experience across all digital platforms – from desktop to mobile to tablet. Your role will centre around ensuring that the customer experience is optimised, whilst driving conversion across the brand’s multiple websites.
You will be a strategic and analytical thinker, who is comfortable forming and implementing a strategy, with the appropriate MVT to go alongside this. Planning, testing and creating roadmaps will be second nature to you, and you will have a firm grasp of UX. You will be an expert at identifying what can be improved, but more importantly, you will be able to address how to improve, communicating your ideas to the wider UX and Marketing team, in order to enhance the customer experience and the online conversion rate.
Candidates must have experience of AB testing or MVT tools, and will lead from the front. You will be joining a forward thinking organisation, which offers considerable scope for progression.
Based in Central Leeds, this role is easily commutable from Bradford, Huddersfield, Wakefield, York and surrounding.
