Conversion Marketing Specialist
· Support the production and delivery of all onsite, app, game and personalisation content for the ongoing improvement of performance across the site
· Support SEO development across language and location
· Liaise with all web, seo, app and game development agencies
· Support where needed the development of strategy and planning for content, seo, cro and personalization to inspire and convert potential customers through conversion marketing initiatives.
· Ensure delivery of campaigns and projects on time and accurately
· Ensure conversion activity is intergrated across marketing functions
· Support colleagues in Digital functions to ensure effective digital content, conversion and SEO tooling and technology.
· Lead on selected projects as and when needed
Skills, experience, education
· Skilled digital marketing professional with minimum of 2 years’ experience in web/cms management, onsite seo, cro activity and understanding of personalization.
· Knowledge and understanding of travel and digital marketing industries
· Strong leadership and people management skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Marketing, Digital or Business degree or professional marketing qualification desirable
