PLC HMI SCADA Process Industry Projects

Salary: £48,000 – £55,000 + Benefits

A leading UK-based Systems Integrator specialising in PLC, HMI, and SCADA solutions for the process industries is expanding its team. They’re seeking a skilled Control Systems Engineer to support a growing portfolio of automation projects.

The Role

You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of control system development:

• PLC Programming: Design and implement automation software using Siemens S7 TIA Portal or Rockwell Automation (Allen Bradley)

• Project Delivery: From Functional Design Specification (FDS) through testing, documentation, commissioning, and handover

• HMI/SCADA Configuration: Experience with platforms such as FactoryTalk View, WinCC, or Wonderware is beneficial—but training can be provided

• Site Work: UK-based commissioning with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, reliable systems

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in PLC controls programming—Siemens or Rockwell preferred

• Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems (configuration experience is a plus)

• Ability to work collaboratively in a busy, fast-paced engineering team

• Strong documentation and fault-finding skills

Salary & Benefits

• £48,000 – £55,000 per annum
